MTRX Corporation Return Policy (top) Any damaged products must be reported to MTRX Corporation within 10 days of receipt and returned for credit or replacement within 30 days after receipt. Damaged products will be replaced with an exact replacement only. All products are sold with a 3-month money back guarantee. If your not happy with the product in the next three months, just give us a call and we will issue a return authorization (RA). We’ll refund your money once your product is returned in resalable condition within 30 days of issuing the RA. You wont have to think up excuses if your not satisfied. Our goal is to make a happy customer, not to just to make a sale. Only items purchased through MTRX Corporation are eligible for return and issuance of a replacement or refund NOT items purchased through one of our Resource links. MTRX Corporation cannot pay for return shipping charges unless we were responsible for the original mistake.
